Delivery & Shipping
Fast, tracked courier delivery on all orders. Security spikes are 1.2m long, so couriers charge an oversized-parcel rate — that’s why orders containing spikes cost more to ship than sign-only orders. It’s one flat delivery charge per order regardless of quantity: order one length or twenty, you pay a single delivery fee, and we bear the extra cost on large orders.

- No VAT is added at checkout — the price you see is the price you pay.
- All orders are fully tracked — you’ll receive tracking information by email as soon as your order ships.
- Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Birkenhead, Merseyside.
- Spikes are secured to a wooden backer and double-boxed for safe transit — open the box on the floor and cut the ties carefully.
