2. Orders and contract

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we email dispatch confirmation. We may decline an order (for example due to a stock or pricing error), in which case you receive a full refund.

3. Prices

All prices are in GBP. Blyth Tech Solutions Ltd is not VAT registered: no VAT is charged, and the displayed price is the full price you pay. Invoices do not include VAT. For deliveries outside the UK, any import duties or taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

4. Delivery

UK mainland and Northern Ireland: £19 flat rate per order for spikes (APC Overnight for mainland UK, Parcelforce for Northern Ireland; 2–5 working days); £4 for sign-only orders. Republic of Ireland: £22 flat rate (Parcelforce, 3–6 working days). One flat delivery charge per order regardless of quantity. Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Birkenhead, Merseyside. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery.

5. Your right to cancel (consumers)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you may cancel your order for any reason up to 14 days after the day you receive the goods, and must return the goods within 14 days of telling us. Products must be uncut, unused and in their original packaging. We refund the product price and standard outbound delivery within 14 days of receiving the return; you pay return postage. In addition to your statutory rights, we accept returns for exchange or refund up to 15 days after delivery on the same conditions.

Returns address: Intruder Spikes UK Returns, 16 Valley Rd, Business Park, Birkenhead, Merseyside, CH41 7EL.

6. Faulty goods

The Consumer Rights Act 2015 applies: if goods are faulty you may reject them for a full refund within 30 days of delivery, and are entitled to repair or replacement after that.

7. Product use and safety

Anti-climb spikes are sold as a security deterrent. You are responsible for lawful installation, including your duty of care under the Occupiers’ Liability Acts 1957 and 1984 — display warning signs and take particular care near public footpaths and low boundaries. Wear protective gloves when handling and installing.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for your statutory rights. Otherwise our liability is limited to the price paid for the products. We are not liable for losses arising from unlawful or negligent installation or use of the products.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
