How do you fix them to a wall?

They have adhesive plates included and the sign is ligh enough to be fixed this way to a good surface.

They also have 4 screw holes (one in each corner) for screw fixing.

How many signs do I need?

There is no strict rule for this. It  is suggested that anyone who may come into contact with the security spikes should be able to see a sign first.

A suggested rule of thumb is one every 3 meters along a length of spikes. Additional may be required near corners etc. This is just a suggestion and you should ensure they are visble on any area of spikes.
